The Ministry of Education has introduced a new policy regarding the management of e-performance for teachers, principals, and supervisors, aiming to simplify the process and allow teachers to focus more on their main task of teaching. One significant change is the reduction in the frequency of e-performance evaluations, now only required once a year instead
